Refund Policy

Exchanges are not accepted in any circumstances.

 

Returns are only accepted after 2 weeks (14 days) from date of purchase. After 14 days have passed, all sales and prices are final. If product is returned, 25% will be deducted to cover shipping and handling costs.

If your product is received as damaged, send pictures of the product, the original packaging and the invoice to OldSoulSewin@gmail.com.

If the package is not received, email OldSoulSewin@gmail.com and you will get a full refund. If the package gets returned undeliverable, you will get an email to verify your address or to provide another shipping address. Additional shipping charges may be applied.
